摘　　要：分析了生态智能建筑的内涵,提出了民用多层住宅生态智能建筑要合理选择建筑材料、合理利用自然通风、充分利用太阳能技术的实现方法。This paper analyzes the connotation of ecological intelligent building, and puts forward the realization method of selecting building materials reasonably, using natural ventilation reasonably and making full use of solar energy technology of ecological intelligent building of civil multi-storey residential.
