摘　　要：目前电力系统配电网络普遍存在混乱、脆弱、装备陈旧落后、自动化水平低等等问题 ,不适应现代化建设和发展的要求 ,国家投入巨资进行配电网改造。为此 ,就城市配网一次规划、二次规划应考虑的几个问题提出见解 ,强调配网要建设好。At present, there are many problems, such as chaos, fragility, old equipment, low level automation in the distribution network of power system. This cant meet the needs of the construction and the development of modernization. In order to reconstruct the power distribution network, our country has invested huge capital. This paper aims at some questions that must be considered in the primary and the secondary system plans of general cities power distribution networks, and emphasizes the importance of making plans beforehand.
