构建公共管理知识体系的中国话语——从中国传统行政管理思想说起

摘　　要：当下中国公共管理知识体系为西方话语所覆盖,构建中国话语是学界重要使命之一。传统行政管理思想是中华优秀传统文化之精粹,理应得到接续与传承。特别是在当下计量方法与标杆管理过于弥散的状况下,通过思想文化的参照和介入,在研究路径上以追循意义或价值为主导的定性研究与定量研究并重。将中国行政管理思想史纳入公共管理知识体系,以期增加中国元素,构建中国话语。During these several decades, Chinese academic circle of public administration has been dominated by the prevailing of western knowledge and theoretical system about administration. So, to construct Chinese discourse system is one of the key missions of the academia. Traditional Chinese thoughts of administrative management which have many merits are outstanding representatives of great Chinese traditional culture, it is reasonable to give more attentions and emphasis on them especially in a period when overwhelmed by quantitative method and benchmarking management. By reasonable comparison among different cultures, to give equal emphasis on quantitative method and qualitative method which tend to pursue meaningfulness and values is of great significance. So, for enriching the knowledge of public administration in China we should take the Chinese traditional administrative thoughts into consideration to increase the Chinese words and construct the Chinese discourse of public administration.
