摘　　要：党的十九届三中全会规定了新一轮政府机构改革和职能配置的方案,对进一步推动简政放权、深化行政审批制度改革提出具体要求,作为承担行政审批事项和公共服务的一站式服务中心,必然要贯彻落实党中央的决定。行政服务中心在实践中取得了不小成绩,但也存在不少问题,如何进一步推进,需要地方党委与地方政府协同努力。除了需要加强党的统一领导、突出重点以外,还需要加快网上审批步伐,切实把行政体制改革落到具体行动中。A new round of government reform and functional allocation has been defined on The Third Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee, and the specific requirements have been put forward to further promote the government streamlining and deepen the reform of the administrative approval system. As a one-stop local administrative service center undertaking administrative approval items and service items, it is required to implement the decisions of the Party Central Committee. The administrative service center has made great achievements in practice, but there are still many problems. The local Party committees and local governments＇ concerted efforts is necessary to further promote the work. In addition to strengthening the Party＇s unified leadership and highlighting the key points, it is also required ＇to speed up the pace of online approval items, and effectively put the reform of the administrative system into concrete action.
