摘 要:为提高建筑用丛生竹资源高附加值加工利用水平,采用显微图像分析方法,对四川梁山慈竹纤维形态进行了研究。1、2、3、4和5年生梁山慈竹纤维比量分别为36.8%,39.3%,39.8%,39.7%和38.4%,纤维长度依次为2 194.351、2 183.769、2 258.791、2 232.209和2 198.895μm;纤维直径依次为13.190、14.375、13.963、13.936和14.577μm;纤维腔径依次为5.004、4.767、4.816、4.792和2.833μm;纤维的双壁厚依次为8.186、9.608、9.147、9.143和11.693μm;纤维长宽比分别为176.006、166.402、170.463、169.704和161.540;纤维壁腔比依次为1.853、2.479、2.446、2.366和4.745;纤维腔径比依次为0.381、0.325、0.330、0.333和0.199。纤维比量、直径、双壁厚及壁腔比均是竹青>竹中>竹黄,纤维腔径和长宽比均为竹中>竹黄>竹青,纤维长度为竹中>竹青>竹黄,纤维腔径比为竹黄>竹中>竹青。综合比较3年生的梁山慈竹纤维形态特性较优,且竹青优于竹黄。In order to improve the levels of high value-added processing and utilizing for sympodial bamboo, the fiber anatomical characteristics of Dendrocalarnus farinosus at 1, 2, 3, 4 to 5 years old from Sichuan were studied in this paper using the microscopic image analysis method. As results, the fiber proportions were 36.8%, 39.3%, 39.8%, 39.7% and 38.4%; the fiber lengths were 2 194.351, 2 183.769, 2 258.791, 2 232.209 and 2 198.895 jgn; the fiber diameters were 13.190, 14.375, 13.963, 13.936 and 14.577 pm; the fiber lumen diameters were 5.004, 4.767, 4.816, 4.792 and 2.833 ~tm; the fiber double wall thicknesses were 8.186, 9.608, 9.147, 9.143 and 11.693 pm, successively; the fiber length-diameter ratios were 176.006, 166.402, 170.463, 169.704 and 161.540; the fiber double wall thickness-lumen diameter ratios were 1.853, 2.479, 2.446, 2.366 and 4.745; and the fiber lumen diameter-diameter ratio were 0.381, 0.325, 0.330, 0.333 and 0.199, successively. The fiber proportions, fiber diameters, fiber double wall thicknesses and fiber double wall thickness-lumen diameter ratios ofD. farino- sus were: outskin 〉 middle zone〉inner skin. The fiber lumen diameters, fiber length-diameter ratios were middle zone〉inner skin〉outer skin. The fiber length was middle zone〉 outerskin〉inner skin. The fiber lumen diameter-diameter ratio was inner skin 〉 middle zone〉outer skin. The fiber properties ofD. farinosus at 3 years old was better by comprehensive comparison, and the outer skin was better than the inner skin.
