摘  要:对墨西哥柏人工林开展野外施N试验,探讨不同施N量对林地土壤碳氮磷含量及其生态化学计量特征变化的影响。结果表明:(1)在墨西哥柏生长初期(5月)和速生期阶段(7月、9月),土壤SOC在N3样地达到最大值,分别是2.39%、2.24%和2.30%;TN含量在N3样地达到最大值,分别是0.19%、0.18%和0.17%。(2)不同施N处理下林地土壤C/N呈先降低后增加的趋势,在11.66~14.35范围内波动。N添加对林地土壤N/P、C/P值的影响差异性较大。在N4、N5样地,土壤C/N、N/P、C/P值均显著高于N0样地。(3)同一施N样地内,不同生长阶段林地土壤SOC、TN、C/N和N/P含量变化不显著,但在N2、N3和N4样地,土壤TP含量、C/P值出现显著差异。(4)根据多因素方差分析结果,施N对土壤SOC、TP、TN、N/P和C/P均有显著影响。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation and sustainable management of Cupressus lusitanica Mill. plantation, the effects of different N supply treatments on soil organic carbon, soil total nitrogen, soil total phosphorus, and soil ecological stoichiometry were explored. The results showed that: (1) Soil organic carbon and total nitrogen concentrations peaked under the N3 treatment at both early growth stage (May) and fast-growing period (July and September). The highest values of SOC were 2.39%, 2.24%, 2.30%, respectively, and the highest values of TN were 0.19%, 0.18%, and 0.17%, respectively. (2) The C/N of forest soil under different N supply treat- ments decreased firstly and then increased, and fluctuated in the range of 11.66-14.35. There were significantly dif- ference on N addition to soil N/P and C/P. The mean values of soil C/N, N/P, C/P at the rates of N4 and N5 treatments were significantly higher than those at the rate of N0 treatment. (3) There was no significant influence of different growth stages on SOC, soil TN, soil C/N and soil N/P at the same N application rate. However, the mean val- ues of soil TP and C/P were significant different at the rates of N2, N3 and N4 treatments. (4) Multivariate analysis of variance showed that there was a remarkable effect on soil SOC, TP, TN, N/P, C/P responses to N application.
