摘 要:采用响应面法研究高砷河道尾砂中砷的释放规律,选取黄腐酸、胡敏酸、pH、尾砂量和时间5个因素进行中心组合试验设计,数据使用Design-Expert 8.0软件拟合,建立了砷释放量的工艺数学模型,通过方差分析得到5种影响因素对尾砂中As的释放作用如下:黄腐酸≈时间>尾砂量>pH>胡敏酸,偏中性条件(pH=5~8)下适量的黄腐酸添加量(0.07~0.08 g)、较高的尾砂量、较低的胡敏酸浓度对As的释放具有较好的促进作用。在较短的时间内,在外界环境条件的促进作用下,As的释放量最高可达22.5 mg·L^(-1),存在较高的环境风险,在该河段未进行治理前,应加强环境风险管控,减少As的释放量,并提出了环境风险管控建议。The extraction process of arsenic in river mine tailing was optimized by response surface method- ology. The pH, fulvic acid, time, pollutant concentration and humic acid were selected for central composite de- sign, employing the Design-Expert 8.0 software in data fitting to establish a mathematical model for the total arsenic release. By analysis of mean square deviation, the order of main factors affecting the release of arsenic was: fulvic acid ≈ time 〉 pollutant concentration 〉 pH 〉 humic acid. The experimental results showed neutral condi- tions (pH = 5-8), proper fulvic acid content (0.07 - 0.08 g), high concentration of pollutants and high concentration of humic acid could promote the release of arsenic. In a relatively short period of time, under the promoting effect of the external environment condition, the release quantity of As was up to 22.5 mg·L^-1, which is in a high envi- ronmental risk. Suggestions of environmental risk control were put forward, and before the governance of the river, environmental risk control should be strengthened, and the release of as should be controlled.
