摘  要:随着电动汽车的推广和普及,电动汽车的安全问题日益凸显,高压系统的绝缘安全更是受到企业和消费者的特别重视。文章分析了现行法规中电动车绝缘电阻测试方法及测试中的主要问题,针对现行方法无法准确测量绝缘电阻的一类车辆,提出了精确测量车辆绝缘电阻的"表笔测试法",并组织测试试验,验证了这一方法的准确性,为该方法的普及并写入测试标准做了技术支撑。With the popularization of electric vehicles, the safety problems become increasingly prominent, and the insulation safety of high voltage system is paid special attention by enterprises and consumers. In this paper, the main problems of the test methods and current regulations with insulation resistance of electric vehicles are analyzed. For the vehicles whose insulation resistance cannot be accurately tested, a double-meter pen test method is proposed to accurately measure the insulation resistance of electric vehicles. Tests are made to verify the accuracy of this method.
