甲巯咪唑和丙硫氧嘧啶治疗绝经前甲亢的临床效果及生存质量观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲巯咪唑和丙硫氧嘧啶对绝经前甲状腺功能亢进的临床效果及生存质量的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院2015年5月-2018年5月收治的绝经前甲状腺功能亢进患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为A(丙硫氧嘧啶组)、B(甲巯咪唑组)两组,各80例。A组口服丙硫氧嘧啶,B组口服甲巯咪唑。两组患者疗程均为3个月,3个月后,分析比较两组患者临床疗效及生存质量。结果:B组的临床疗效及总有效率均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者各条目评分均高于治疗前,且B组患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、情感职能、总得分条目评分均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲巯咪唑治疗绝经前甲亢疗效佳,患者生存质量好,不良反应少,临床上应合理选择。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and immune function of methimazole and propylthiouracil on premenopausal hyperthyroidism. Method：A total of 160 premenopausal hyperthyroidism treated in the author＇s hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table Method：A（propylthiouracil group） and B（methimazole group）,80 cases in each group.Group A received oral propyl sulfur and B group received methimazole.The course of treatment was 3 months in both groups. After 3 months,the clinical efficacy and immune function of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The clinical efficacy and total effective rate of group B were better than those of group A（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of each item in group B were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of physiological function, physical pain,general health,social function,emotional function and total score in group B were higher than those in group A.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Methimazole is effective in the treatment of premenopausal hyperthyroidism with obvious improvement of immune function and fewer adverse reactions.
