摘  要:讨论了DMSO/PCE染色体系中棉织物含水率对染料溶解度、上染率、K/S值和水解率的影响。结果表明,在DMSO/PCE体系中活性染料的溶解度和水解率随织物含水率的增加而增加。亨斯迈公司的Avitera SE Blue活性染料在DMSO/PCE体系中染棉时,含水率2%的棉织物上染率和K/S值最佳。当棉织物含水率较高时,脱水剂无水硫酸钠的应用在一定程度上可提高染料上染率;但当棉织物含水率较低时,脱水剂对上染率的影响甚微。在无染料的DMSO/PCE体系中达到平衡时,含水率6%的棉织物含碱量最高。The effects of moisture content of cotton fabric on solubility, dye uptake, K/S value and hydro- lysis rate of reactive dyes in DMSO/PCE system are discussed. The results show that the solubility and hydrolysis of reactive dyes increased with the increase of moisture content. When dyeing cotton fabric with Avitrta SE Blue in DMSO/PCE system, the dye uptake and K/S value of cotton fabric with 2% mois- ture content are the best. While the moisture content of fabric is high, the addition of anhydrous sodium sulfate can improve the dye uptake to a certain extent. But the anhydrous sodium sulfate has slight ef- fect on dye uptake of cotton fabric with lower moisture content. When the alkali content achieves bal- ance in DMSO/PCE miscible system without dyes, the cotton fabric with 6% moisture content has the hiahest alkali content.
