摘　　要：讨论了棉氨纶弹力色织布免烫面料整理工艺中的高温定形温度、树脂用量及工艺流程,比较了其对弹性、强力、缩水率、平整度、颜色变化等的影响,确定了合理的后整理工艺。经整理的面料,按ASTM D3107-2011测试定伸长下的残余伸长率(30 min)≤8%,弹性回复率(30 min)≥50%。按AATCC 135-2014(1)ⅢA(i)检测,经纬向缩水为-4%～0;按ASTM D1424—2013测试撕破强力≥0.77 kg(1.7 lb);按ASTM D 5034—2013测试拉伸强力≥13.61 kg(30lb);按AATCC 124—2011测试平整度为5次水洗熨烫前≥2.8级;JIS L1041—2011测试甲醛含量≤75mg/kg,达到面料服用性能要求,同时符合客户对面料的要求。Non-ironing finish of cotton/polyurethane dyed fabric is introduced. The effects of setting tem- perature, resin concentration and technological process on elasticity, strength, shrinkage rate, flatness and color change of treated cotton/polyurethane dyed fabric are studied. According to ASTM D 3107-2011, the residual elongation rate （30 min） at constant elongation of treated fabric is no more than 8%, and elastic recovery rate （30 rain） is no less than 50%. According to AATCC 135--2014（1）111A（i）, shrinkage rate of treated fabric is -4%-0. According to ASTM D1424-2013, the tearing strength of treated fabric is no less than 0.77 kg （1.7Ib）. According to ASTM D 5034-2013, the tensile strength of treated fabric is no less than 13.61 kg （30 Ib）. According to AATCC 124-2011, the flatness of treated fabric is no less than Grade 2.8. According to JIS L1041-2011, the formaldehyde content of treated fabric is no more than 75 mg/kg. The treated fabric can meet the requirements of wear performance, and can meet the re- quirements of customers for fabric.
