摘　　要：针对纯亚麻面料表面有一定的绒毛,处理不当会影响其舒适度的问题,试验对亚麻纤维的纺纱、印染前处理和后整理等加工过程进行综合分析,讨论了亚麻面料表面绒毛的产生和脱落原因、产生的关键工序及控制方法,并确定了亚麻纺纱和印染加工的最佳生产工艺流程。Improper treatment of fluff on the surface of pure linen fabrics will affect its comfort. The spin- ning, pre-treatment and after-treatment of linen fibers are comprehensively analyzed. The causes of fluff formation and shedding on the surface of linen fabrics, the key processes and control methods are discussed and determined. The optimal production process of flax spinning and wet processing is also presented.
