摘  要:针对目前纺织品耐水和耐汗渍等色牢度试验在浸润过程中,采用人工法揿压和拨动的方式存在效率低、测试结果一致性差、人为因素对测试结果影响较大等问题,设计出应用于纺织品色牢度测试前处理浸润试验的真空腔设备。介绍了该设备的腔体结构、硬件组成和试验原理。采用该浸润模型进行前处理,对织物的吸水率及色牢度结果进行分析,结果表明,该浸润模型的浸润效率是人工法的3倍,批次试验量可达到60个试样,色牢度试验结果与人工法相差半级以内,能够提高浸润效率,节省人工成本,保证浸润效果,色牢度测试结果稳定性、重现性高。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor consistency of test results and great influ- ence of human factors on test results in the wetting process of color fastness to water and perspiration, a vacuum chamber equipment for pretreatment of wetting is designed. The cavity structure, hardware composition and test principle of the device are introduced. The wetting model is used to pretreat the fabric, and the results of water absorption and color fastness are analyzed. The results show that the wetting efficiency of the wetting model is three times of that with manual method, and the batch vol- ume can reach 60 samples. The color fastness test results are less than half level of that with the manu- al method, which can improve the wetting efficiency and save labor costs with stable and reproducible testing results.
