摘　　要：分析了离子膜烧碱生产中废氯气的来源,分别针对液氯槽车充装、液氯贮槽气化、氯酸盐分解、氯氮混合气等生产过程产生的氯气回收利用措施进行了技术研究,降低了碱液消耗,减少了废液排放量,实现了安全生产和循环经济的目标。The sources of waste chlorine in the production of ionic membrane caustic soda were analyzed.The technical measures of chlorine recovery and utilization in the production process such as filling of liquid chlorine tank,gasification of liquid chlorine tank,decomposition of chlorate,chlor-ammonia mixture and so on,were studied respectively.The consumption of lye is reduced,the discharge of waste liquid is reduced,and the goal of safe production and circular economy is achieved.
