摘  要:为研究厚萼凌霄种子对盐碱的耐受性,利用不同浓度海水对厚萼凌霄种子进行胁迫处理,观察种子萌发及幼苗生长情况。结果表明:在5%浓度的海水胁迫下,实验组厚萼凌霄种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、平均根长与对照组相比有所下降,但差异不明显,这说明厚萼凌霄种子具有一定的耐盐碱性;当海水浓度在10%-20%之间时,实验组厚萼凌霄的根长与对照组差异不明显,这说明厚萼凌霄的根部对海水胁迫具有耐受性;当海水浓度大于30%时,实验组厚萼凌霄种子的萌发率与对照组差异显著,这说明较高浓度的海水对厚萼凌霄种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用。In order to study the tolerance of Campsis Radicans seeds, the seedling growth and seedling growth were observed by using different eoneentrations of seawater to treat Campsis Radicans seeds.The results showed that: Under water stress at 5% eoneentration,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and average root length of Campsis Radicans seeds were deereased eompared with the eontrol group, but the differenee was not obvious, indieating that it had eertain salinity toleranee.The differenee between the root length and the eontrol group was not obvious when the seawater coneentration was 10% to 20%,suggesting that Campsis Radicans seeds were tolerant to seawater stress.When the seawater eoneentration was greater than 30% ,the differenee with the eontrol group was signifieant, indieating that the higher eoneentration of seawater had a signifieant inhibitory effeet on the seed germination of Campsis Rodicans.
