试论贵州“大生态”战略行动的四个维度

摘　　要：贵州推进"大生态"战略行动应该注重四个维度。从地理维度看,必须充分估计喀斯特地貌与生俱来的资源环境脆弱性,树立宏大的战略眼光,打下坚实的治理基础;从气候维度看,要以大历史视角审视世界和中国的气候变迁史,特别要从全球气候变暖趋势出发,做好必要的心理准备和应急预案;从制度维度看,要立足本省已有生态制度,借鉴国内外生态制度,加强对生态制度的文本设计和执行力度;从文化维度看,要在本省丰富的少数民族生态文化基础上,沿着互构的人和自然两个方向,使贵州生态文化更好地影响人,使人更好地塑造贵州生态文化。Ecological construction in Guizhou is a system engineering. The four dimensions should be emphasized in the ＂the Big Ecology＂ Strategic action. From the perspective of Geography,we should fully estimate the inherent fragility of resources and environment, meanwhile, set up a grand strategic vision and lay a solid foundation for controlling. From the perspective of climate,we should review the history of climate change of the world and China by the view of a grand history, especially, making the necessary psychological preparation and emergency plan from the trend of global warming. From the perspective of the system,we should base the existing ecological systems in this province and draw on the ecological system at home and abroad, moreover, strengthen the text design and implementation of the ecological system. From the perspective of culture, we should be based on the rich ethnic minority ecological culture, besides, we should work hard in the two directions of man and nature alongside each other, so that the ecological culture of Guizhou can better affect people and shape the ecological culture of Guizhou better.
