中药抗炎抗风湿药酒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药抗炎抗风湿药酒对大鼠类风湿性关节炎的治疗作用。方法将50只大鼠随机分为五组,分别是空白组、模型组、扶他林对照组、给药组1(加透皮吸收剂)、给药组2(不加透皮吸收剂)。采用完全弗氏佐剂注射制备类风湿关节炎大鼠模型,造模后各组给予相应的药物,1日3次,1次0. 1g。检测各组大鼠足趾肿胀度,脾脏和胸腺指数,大鼠血清中细胞因子IL-6和TNF-α。结果胸腺和脾指数结果显示:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠胸腺指数明显升高(P <0. 01);与模型组相比,给药组和阳性对照组大鼠胸腺指数明显降低(P <0. 01),脾脏指数无明显变化。血清中细胞因子检测结果显示:与空白组相比,模型组TNF-α和IL-6含量显著高于空白组,二者之间具有显著性差异(P <0. 01),与模型组相比,给药组1和给药组2大鼠血清中TNF-α,IL-6的含量明显降低(P <0. 01),且给药组作用效果接近阳性对照组。结论中药抗炎抗风湿药酒具有显著的抗类风湿性关节炎的作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of anti-intlammatory and anti-rheumatic medicine of traditional Chinese medicine on rheumatoid arthritis in rats. METHODS Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups：blank group, model group, positive control group, administration group 1 and administration group 2. A rat model of rheumatoid arthritis was prepared by complete Freund＇s adjuvant injection. Each group was given the correspongding medicine after modeling,0.1 g each time and three times a day. The toe swelling degree, spleen and thymus index of each group were detected,and the cytokines IL-6 and TNF-in the serum of rats were detected. RESULTS The thymus and spleen index resuhs showed that the model group compared with blank group rat thymus index was significantly increased （P 〈 0.01 ） ;treatment group and positive control group compared with model group of rat thymus index decreased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） , but had no significant eft）ct on spleen index. Serum cytokine detection results showed that the model group compared with blank group, TNF-alpha and IL-6 were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） , 1-2 treatment group and positive control group compared with model group,TNF-alpha in rat serum, IL-6 content decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. The drug group and the eft）ct to the positive control group. CONCLUSION Anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic wine presented a significant anti-rheumatoid arthritis effect.
