医疗机构制剂咽喉饮的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立咽喉饮的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对咽喉饮中的玄参进行薄层鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对咽喉饮中的射干进行含量测定。结果玄参的薄层色谱斑点清晰,重现性好,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。含量测定中,次野鸢尾黄素对照品的进样量在0. 0744～0. 6696μg范围内线性关系良好,Y=64627X-37284,r=0. 9994,加样回收率为98. 08%,RSD为1. 67%;结论本方法简便、可靠、准确度高,可用于咽喉饮的质控方法之一。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for quality control in YanHou Decoction. METHODS Scrophulariae were identified by TLC. The content of irisflorentin in YanHou Decoction were determined by high performanee liquid ehl-oma-togl-aphy（ HPLC ）. RESULTS The spot of TLC varieties was distinctive with good reproducibility,and there was no interference with the negative references, Irisflorentin showed a good linearity in range of 0. 0744 μg - 0. 6696 μg, Y = 64627X - 37284 （ R = 0. 9994 ）. The average recovery was 98.08 % , RSD was 1.67 %. CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control and quality study of the YanHou Decoction.
