摘 要:利用光声相关谱法对血液流速进行了测量,并研究了激光重复频率以及血流方向与入射激光传播方向的夹角对血液流速测量准确性的影响。结果表明:血流速度越快,要求激光的重复频率越高;当血流方向与入射激光的传播方向垂直时,系统可以测量的血液流速范围为0.059~92.3 mm/s,测量值与真实值的相关系数为0.992;当血流方向与入射激光的传播方向不垂直时,测得的血液流速和实际血液流速的比值与样品倾斜角度成余弦关系。Velocity of blood flow is measured by photoacoustic correlation spectroscopy, The effects of the laser repetition frequency and the angle between the blood flow direction and incidence laser propagation direction on the measurement of velocity of blood flow are studied. Research results show that the faster the blood flow velocity, the higher the laser repetition frequency required. When the blood flow orientation is perpendicular to the direction of incident laser propagation direction, the range of velocity of blood flow that the system can measure is 0. 059-92.3 mm/s. The correlation coefficient between the measured flow velocities and the actual flow velocities is 0. 992. When the blood flow orientation is not perpendicular to the direction of incident laser propagation direction, the ratios of the measured velocities of blood flow to the original ones are cosine to the tilted angle of sample.
