依托咪酯靶控输注复合瑞芬太尼诱导对中老年高血压患者血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中老年高血压患者采用依托咪酯靶控输注复合瑞芬太尼诱导对于血流动力学的影响。方法选取本院在2015年10月～2017年11月收治的100例需要进行全麻外科手术的合并高血压的中老年患者作为研究对象,通过病床尾号单双数的抽取方式将患者分为对照组50例,实验组50例。对照组患者给予瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,实验组患者给予依托咪酯靶控输注复合瑞芬太尼诱导的方式进行麻醉,并对两组患者不同时段的平均动脉压以及心率进行比较。结果实验组患者在诱导之后不同时段的平均动脉压和心率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在合并高血压的接受全麻外科手术的中老年患者当中给予依托咪酯靶控输注复合瑞芬太尼诱导的方式有利于血流动力学的稳定,降低患者的痛苦,快速麻醉,因此值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of etomidate-controlled infusion of remifentanil on hemodynamics in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Atotal of 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension who needed general anesthesia surgery were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2017. The patients were divided into single and double digits of the bed number. There were 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the experimental group. Patients in the control group were given anesthesia with remifentanil. Patients in the experimental group were given anesthesia with a target-controlled infusion of etomibine infusion. The mean arterial pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups at different time points. Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group at different time points after induction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the middle-aged and elderly patients with general anesthesia undergoing general anesthesia, the administration of etomidate for target-controlled infusion of remifentanil is beneficial to hemodynamic stability, reduce patient suffering, and rapid anesthesia.
