鼻中隔脓肿11例临床分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析11例鼻中隔脓肿的临床资料、治疗方式及疗效。方法 11例患者经内镜下脓肿引流术,术后每日冲洗引流,使用敏感抗生素,控制血糖,术后随访。结果 11例患者鼻中隔脓肿恢复、通气改善,1例出现鼻梁塌陷,1例出现鼻中隔穿孔并发症。结论鼻中隔脓肿及早发现,行内镜脓肿引流术,全身应用敏感抗生素,可以治愈并减少并发症的发生。Objective The clinical data, treatment and curative effect of 11 cases of nasal septum abscess were analyzed retrospectively. Methods Endoscopic drainage of abscesses was performed in 11 patients, daily dressing change after operation, use sensitive antibiotics, glucose control, and postoperative follow-up. Results Nasal septal abscess recovered in 11 patients. 1 case of nasal bridge collapse and 1 case of nasal septal perforation complication. Conclusion Endoscopic abscess drainage combined with systemic antibiotics can cure and reduce the incidence of complication of nasal septal abscess.
