红外线乳腺治疗仪联合仙人掌外敷治疗产后乳房胀痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在产后乳房胀痛中应用红外线乳腺治疗仪联合仙人掌外敷进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取在江西省南昌市第三医院接受诊治的92例产后乳房胀痛患者作为研究对象,运用系统抽样法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组应用红外线乳腺治疗仪单纯治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用仙人掌外敷进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:观察两组患者治疗前的乳房胀痛程度发现,治疗前两组之间无显著差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组患者均显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著且具有统计学意义。观察两组患者治疗前后的硬结分度发现,治疗前两组之间无显著差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗后研究组Ⅰ度患者多于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著且具有统计学意义。观察两组患者母乳分泌情况发现,治疗前两组之间无显著差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组患者均显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著且具有统计学意义。结论:红外线乳腺治疗仪联合仙人掌外敷治疗产后乳房胀痛的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of infrared mammary gland therapy combined with cactus external application in postpartum breast distending pain. Methods： 92 patients with postpartum breast pain were selected and divided into control group （n=46） and study group （n=46） by systematic sampling. The control group was treated with infrared mammary gland therapy instrument, the study group was treated with cactus external application on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： There was no signi-cant difference between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the study group was superior to the control group in alleviating the pain （P〈0.05）. The study group had more grade Ⅰ patients than the control group （P〈0.05） after treatment. The study group had a better improvement on lacto excretion （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The infrared mammary gland therapeutic instrument combined with the application of cactus is effective in the treatment of postpartum breast distending pain, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
