摘 要:目的评价低骨量人群不同水平血清Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(Beta C-terminal crosslinked telopeptides of typeⅠcollagen,β-CTx)下FRAX~系统对10年发生髋部骨折概率和主要部位骨质疏松性骨折风险的预测价值。方法收集2014年12月至2017年12月就诊的骨量减少的女性患者,根据β-CTx水平分为>472. 97 pg/m L组和<472. 97 pg/m L组,借助FRAX~评估系统,测算每例患者10年发生髋部骨折概率和主要部位骨质疏松性骨折的可能性,对比分析两组间的差异。结果β-CTx>472. 97 pg/m L组10年发生髋部骨折概率和主要部位骨质疏松性骨折概率分别为(5. 64±3. 18)%和(1. 79±1. 58)%,β-CTx<472. 97 pg/m L组分别为(4. 37±2. 94)%和(1. 21±1. 33)%,组间差异有统计学意义(t=2. 13,P <0. 05; t=2. 03,P <0. 05)。结论高β-CTx组患者未来10年骨折风险可能增大。Objective Evaluation of the predictive value of FRAX system with different levels of Beta C-terminal cross-linked telopeptides of type Ⅰ collagen(β-CTx) on the probability of hip fracture and main osteoporotic fracture in the next 10 years. Methods Patients with low bone loss from December 2014 to December 2017 were collected. They were divided into 〉472.97 pg/mL group and 〈472.97 pg/mL group according to the level of β-CTx. Patients with osteopenia were assessed the probability of hip fracture and the risk of major osteoporotic fractures in 10 years with FRAX evaluation system. The differences was compared and analyze between the two groups. Results The probability of hip fracture and major osteoporotic fracture in 10 years in group β-CTx〉472.97 pg/mL were (5.64±3.18)% and (1.79±1.58)% respectively, and they were (4.37±2.94)% and (1.21±1.33)%, respectively in group β-CTx〈472.97 pg/mL. The difference between groups was statistically significant( t =2.13, P 〈 0.05; t =2.03, P 〈0.05). Conclusion Combined β-CTx and FRAX systems can better predict the risk of osteoporotic fractures in the population with low bone mass in the next 10 years.
