九香虫及其伪品小皱蝽对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增殖抑制比较  被引量:4

摘  要:小皱蝽为九香虫的伪品,市场上常被作为九香虫销售。本实验旨在用MTT法检测九香虫和小皱蝽血淋巴对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增长抑制作用,比较二者对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的体外增殖抑制作用。用九香虫和小皱蝽血淋巴分别作用于体外培养的SGC-7901细胞,测定其抑制率。结果表明,九香虫和小皱蝽对SGC-7901细胞皆有抑制作用,且抑制率随时间和浓度的增加而增加;相同浓度不同时间(24 h、48 h、72 h)和相同时间不同浓度(100 mg/L、200 mg/L、300 mg/L、400 mg/L)小皱蝽对SGC-7901细胞的抑制率皆高于九香虫。Cyclopelta parva is a counterfeit species of Aspongopus chinensis , which usually be sold as A. chinensis in the market. This paper aimed to clarify the inhibitory effect of C. parva on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells in vitro by comparing their inhibitory effects on human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 with A. chinensis by MTT method . The results demonstrated that the inhibition rates of SGC-7901 treated by A. chinensis and C. parva heamolymph both increased with times and concentrations. C. parva haemolymph had higher inhibitory effects on SGC-7901 than A. chinensis regardless of the same concentration with different times or different concentrations with the same time.
