摘 要:分析贵州不同种源地引种万寿竹种子的萌发情况,为人工引种栽培万寿竹提供一定理论依据。以贵州不同种源地引种栽培的万寿竹种子为实验材料,测定万寿竹果实直径与百粒重,种子千粒重、吸水率;采用培养皿发芽法,在万寿竹种子适宜萌发条件(温度25℃,光照)下,比较从贵州不同种源地引种栽培的万寿竹种子的萌发情况,测定其发芽率,观察萌发动态。结果表明,从贵州不同种源地引种来的万寿竹果实直径大小和百粒重是务川丰乐>德江明溪>正安格林>正安土坪>务川牧羊;种子千粒重是德江明溪>务川丰乐>正安土坪>务川牧羊>正安格林;吸水率为务川牧羊>正安土坪>正安格林>务川丰乐>德江明溪;发芽率为务川丰乐>德江明溪>正安格林>正安土坪>务川牧羊。综合认为德江明溪和务川牧羊的万寿竹种子更适合引种栽培。In order to analyze the germination of the seeds of Disporum cantoniense from different provenances in Guizhou, and to provide a theoretical basis for the artificial introduction and cultivation of D. cantoniense, the seeds of D. cantoniense from different provenances in Guizhou were examined to determine the diameter of fruit and hundred-fruit weight, 1000-grain weight and water absorption of seed. The germination rate of seeds from different provenances in Guizhou was compared under the suitable germination conditions (temperature at 25℃ with irradiation). The results showed: The order of the diameter and the hundred-kernel weight of D. cantoniense from different provenances in Guizhou was Wuchuan Fengle〉Dejiang Mingxi〉Zheng an Green〉Zhengan Tuping〉Wuchuan Muyang. The order of the thousand grain weigth was Dejiang Mingxi〉Wuchuan Fengle〉Zheng an Tuping〉Wuchuan Muyang〉Zheng an Green. The order of the water absorption was Wuchuan Muyang〉 Zheng an Tuping〉 Zheng an Green〉Muanchuan Fengle〉Dejiang Mingxi, and the germination rate was in the order of Wuchuan Fengle〉Dejiang Mingxi〉Zheng an Green〉Zheng an soil〉Wuchuan Muyang. The seeds from Mingxi, Dejiang and Muyang, Wuchuan were more active and suitable for introduction and cultivation.
