摘 要:在电解铝生产过程中,部分电解槽铝液杂质含量过高,常规计算方法难以调配调度,针对于此,本文提出了一种混合策略的智能优化方法:首先给出了能否配铝的判定条件,并证明在满足条件的基础上,将杂质含量过高的电解槽按照重量不断平分出铝,一定可以实现配铝;其次,以出铝天车路径为优化目标,以免疫克隆算子为优化算法求解得到最佳出铝抬包组合;最后尝试将最优抬包组合重新合包以减少抬包总数。通过某铝厂电解槽数据优化实例,证明本文方法不仅可以解决高杂质含量的配铝问题,并可以有效的减少抬包总数,显示出此方法的高效性和经济价值。In the aluminum reduction production, a part of aluminum liquid impurity content in the pot is too high, and the conventional calculation method is difficult to deploy scheduling, in view of this, in this paper an intelligent optimization method of hybrid strategy is presented. Firstly, the determination conditions of proportioning aluminum liquid is given, on the basis of meet the conditions, tapping aluminum liquid from the pot with high impurity content is continuously divided equally according to the weight, which aluminum liquid can certainly achieve the ratio is proved ; secondly, in order to optimize the target of the crane route in the process of aluminum, the immune clonal operator is an optimization algorithm to obtain the best combination of tapping ladles ; finally try to reassemble the optimal combination of tapping ladles to reduce the total number of ladles. An example of optimization pot data in a smelter in china, it is proved that this method can not only solve the problem of proportioning aluminum liquid with high impurity content, but also can effectively reduce the total number of ladles, showing the effectiveness and economic value of this method.
