摘 要:本文通过单因素和正交实验,研究硫酸铵焙烧硼铁矿提取镁的影响因素(焙烧温度、焙烧时间、铵矿比及矿粉粒度)对镁提取率的影响。结果表明:各因素对镁的提取率由大到小的影响顺序:铵矿比>焙烧时间>焙烧温度>矿粉粒度;最佳的焙烧实验工艺为:焙烧温度450℃,焙烧时间120min,铵矿比3∶1,矿粉粒度小于80μm。按此工艺进行实验,镁的提取率可达到98%以上。焙烧过程中镁的反应速率符合有固体产物层生成的收缩未反应核模型。焙烧反应受内扩散控制。焙烧反应的表观活化能为E=18. 545kJ·mol^(-1)。In this paper, the influence factors of extractive magnesium on extracting rate of magnesium and the kinetics will be discussed. Through orthogohal processes, the order of the factors that affect the roasting reaction is as follows that the ratio of ammonium sulfate to paigeite 〉 roasting reaction time 〉 roasting temperature 〉 ore particle size. The experimental results show that the best experimental condition obtained : roasting temperature 450℃ , roasting time120min, the ratio of ammonium sulfate to paigeite 3: 1, and ore particle size less than 80μm. According to the experiment condition, the extraction rate of magnesium reaches over 98 %. The reaction rate of magnesium components conforms to the shrinkage unreacted core model generated by the solid product layer. The roasting reaction is controlled by internal diffusion. The apparent activation energy of the roasting reaction is E =18. 545kJ · mol-1.
