摘  要:过多的奥氏体会恶化沉淀硬化不锈钢的性能,所以必须加以控制。对17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢进行了1 040℃加热、空冷的固溶处理和在620℃、630℃两次时效处理。随后,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究了固溶处理与第一次时效处理和两次时效处理之间的时间间隔及第一次时效后的冷却速度对钢中的奥氏体量的影响。结果表明:第一次时效处理后油冷和两次时效的间隔时间为8 h的热处理工艺可有效控制17-4PH不锈钢中的奥氏体量,从而延长零件的使用寿命。Excess amount of austenite will cause precipitation hardening stainless steel to exhibit poorer properties,so it must be controlled. 17-4 PH precipitation hardening stainless steel was solution treated by heating at 1040℃followed by air-cooling, and double aged at 620℃ and 630℃. Subsequently, the effects of intervals between solution treating and first aging and between double aging treatments, as well as of cooling rate after first aging on austenite content in the steel were investigated by means of SEM and XRD. The results showed that austenite content in the 17-4 PH steel would be effectively controlled when the steel was oil-cooled after first aging treatment and interval between two aging treatments was 8 h, thus enabling service life of 17-4 PH steel parts to be prolonged.
