摘  要:目的探讨数字化导航辅助模板在椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗颈椎骨折中的应用价值。方法选取2016-05-2017-05间收治的30例颈椎骨折患者,均采用数字化导航辅助模板技术联合颈椎椎弓根螺钉植入内固定治疗。术后观察椎弓根钉的置钉情况和手术疗效。结果 30例患者术中成功置入196枚颈椎椎弓根螺钉,187枚螺钉位置为Ⅰ级,7枚为Ⅱ级,2枚为Ⅲ级。术后随访12-24个月,患者术后疼痛评分及程度较术前显著改善(P<0.05)。随访未见一例颈神经根、脊髓及椎动脉损伤或伤口感染及螺钉脱落、断裂情况,仅有1例患者因过早家庭劳作造成螺钉弯曲。结论颈椎骨折患者术中采用数字化导航辅助模板技术辅助椎弓根置钉,其手术成功率高,损伤小,并发症少,预后良好。Objective To explore the value of digital navigation aided template in the treatmentof cervical spine fractures with pedicle screw fixation. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 30patients with cervical spine fracture were treated with digital navigation assisted template techniquecombined with cervical pedicle screw implantation and internal fixation. The pedicle screw placementand operative effect were observed after operation. Results A totoal of 196 cervical pedicle screwswere successfully placed in 30 patients, 187 screws were in grade I, 7 screws were in grade II and 2screws were in grade III. After 12-24 months of follow-up, the postoperative pain score and degreewere significantly improved compared with those before operation (P〈0.05). There was no injury ofcervical nerve root, spinal cord and vertebral artery, infection of wound, screw shedding or breakage.Only one patient suffered from screw bending caused by early family work. Conclusion Digitizednavigation assisted template assisted pedicle screw placement in patients with cervical spine fracturehas high success rate, less injury, fewer complications and good prognosis.
