摘　　要：本文针对远程开放教育以社区为背景开展护理课程实践教学存在问题:即对实践教学重要性认识不够、社区实践基地缺乏、实践教学师资薄弱、实践教学课时安排较少进行分析,提出了重视社区护理实践基地建设、完善实践教学环节、加强专业教师培训及改进教学方法等举措,以期提高开放教育护理实践课程的质量。This paper aims at analyzing the problems in the practice teaching of nursing course based on the community background in the distance open education, including the importance of practice teaching, the lack of ractice base, the weakness of practical teaching teachers, the less arrangement of practical teaching and the lack of unification of teaching materials. This paper puts forward the measures of attaching importance to the construction of Community nursing practice base, perfecting practical teaching links, strengthening professional teachers ＂training and improving teaching methods, in order to improve the quality of open education nursing Prac- flee Course.
