闽西地区社区草根体育组织成员群体特征

摘　　要：调查闽西社区草根体育组织成员的群体特征,分析其发展中存在的问题,并给出对策.研究表明,龙岩市社区草根体育组织的参与者中,大部分群体是女性和老年人,参与者的职业结构呈现多样化趋势,占比最高者为自由执业者与事业单位人员.建议通过丰富体育项目类型,对外开放学校体育场馆,建立多元化的服务网络,进一步提高活动的灵活性和吸引力,推动城市社区体育健康发展.The group characteristics of the members of grassroots sports organizations in Minxi community were investigated, the existing problems were analyzed, and the countermeasures were given. The research shows that the majority of participants in the grassroots sports organizations in Longyan are women and the elderly, and the occupational structure of participants shows a trend of diversification, with the highest proportion being those in free practice and public institutions. It is suggested to enrich the types of sports. Open the school sports venues to the public; Build a diversified service network to further enhance the flexibility and attractiveness of activities and promote the healthy development of urban community sports.
