消癥止痛汤与西药联合方案在气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨消癥止痛汤与西药联合方案在气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年6月至2017年6月收治的气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者60例,按治疗方案不同分为对照组与研究组,对照组(n=30)单纯口服西药孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,研究组(n=30)采用消癥止痛汤与西药联合方案治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前、后的中医证候积分及VAS评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组患者的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消癥止痛汤与西药联合方案在气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者中疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Xiaozheng Zhitong decoction combined with western medicinein dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 60 cases ofdysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted from June 2015 to June 2017were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment schemes. The controlgroup （n=30） was only treated with oral western medicine gestrinone capsules, and the study group （n=30） was treated withthe combination scheme of Xiaozheng Zhitong decoction and western medicine. The treatment effects, TCM syndromescores and VAS scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate oftreatment in the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Aftertreatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in the study groupwas lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those beforetreatment, while that in the study group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaozheng Zhitongdecoction combined with western medicine in dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasistype has a significant effect. It is worth clinical promotion.
