摘　　要：目的研究系统护理在肠胃手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取医院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的92例肠胃手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,一组为对照组(46例),另一组为研究组(46例)。对照组选用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上选用系统护理模式。比较两组的护理满意度、术后住院时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术中出血量及手术时间。结果研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后住院时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术中出血量及手术时间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论系统护理应用于肠胃手术护理中的效果显著,可提升患者的护理满意度,还可进一步缩短患者术后住院时间、排便时间及肠鸣音恢复时间,促进患者快速康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of systematic nursing in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 wereselected as study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, one group was control group （46 cases） and theother group was study group （46 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was givensystematic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, postoperative hospital stay, defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds, amount of intraoperative bleeding and duration of surgery were compared between the twogroups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The postoperative hospital stay, defecation time, recovery time of bowel sounds in the study group were significantly shorterthan those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the amount of intraoperative bleeding andduration of surgery between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The systematic nursing is effective in the nursing ofgastrointestinal surgery, which can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. It can further shorten the postoperativehospital stay, defecation time and recovery time of bowel sounds, and promote the rapid recovery of patients. It is worthy ofclinical promotion and application.
