中医综合护理在小儿肺炎发热护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究中医综合护理应用于小儿肺炎发热护理中的效果。方法将我院60例肺炎发热患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予中医综合护理,对照组给予常规护理。分析两组患儿护理前、后临床症状评分、护理后症状消退时间及住院时间。结果护理后,两组患儿咳嗽、发热、呼吸急促、鼻塞流涕、神疲倦怠各项评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音各症状消退时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理应用于肺炎发热患儿中,临床症状改善效果理想,可缩短临床症状消退时间和住院时间,促进患儿康复。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for children withpneumonia fever. Methods A total of 60 cases of children with pneumonia fever in our hospital were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursingof traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was given routine nursing. The clinical symptoms scores before andafter nursing, the disappearence time of symptoms after nursing and hospital stay were analyzed. Results After nursing, thescores of cough, fever, shortness of breath, stuffy nose and fatigue of both groups decreased, and those in the observationgroup were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the disappearence time of fever, cough, lung ralesand hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditionalChinese medicine for children with pneumonia fever has ideal improvement effect of clinical symptoms, which can shortenthe disappearence time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time, and promote the recovery of children.
