摘　　要：党和军队的关系问题,既是国防和军队建设中的重大现实问题,也是军事政治学所要研究的重大理论问题。新的历史条件下,听党指挥面临着一系列新情况新问题,其影响因素可归结为五个方面。据此我们要着力增强坚守信仰、信念、军魂的思想和理论自觉,要着力研究和回答现实的思想困惑,要着力建设特色文化并发挥其铸魂育人作用。The relationship between the Party and the military is not only a realistic issue in national defense and military development;it is also an issue of concern in the field of military politics. Under the new historical conditions,the Military s Subordination to the Party s Leadership faces a series of new issues among which five factors are prominent. Therefore,we should enhance the theoretical awareness of consolidating the communist ideals,beliefs and warrior ethos. We should work hard to study and solve realistic puzzles. We should try to build a distinctive culture and nurture people s belief and ideology.
