摘　　要：分别采集不同年龄母树、2年生母树不同部位枝条经不同质量分数的萘乙酸溶液处理,对沿海乡土树种刺桐开展扦插育苗试验,结果表明,采条母树的树龄越小,插穗扦插成活率越高,采用母树基部到中部的穗条、200×10-6～300×10-6的萘乙酸溶液浸泡1h后扦插其成活效果较好。The shoots at different years and different parts were collected and treated with different mass fractions of naphthalene acetic acid solution. The cutting and seedling raising expeiments of indigenous tree species Erythrina variegata in coastal land were conducted. Result shows that the younger the trees, the higher the survival rate of cuttings. The cuttings from the base to the middle of the mother tree and the soaking with 200×10^-6- 300×10^-6 naphthalene acetic acid solution for 1 h is optimal.
