摘 要:黑木耳采摘结束后,菌袋中的有机质和矿质元素尚未完全消耗掉可以再生利用。为了探讨剩余菌料的增产效益,开展了在其内添加不同浓度的木醋液促增产试验。结果表明:处理Ⅰ(300倍液)、处理Ⅱ(400倍液)、处理Ⅲ(500倍液)分别较处理Ⅴ(清水对照)提高鲜耳产量47.2%、102.9%和38.0%,而处理Ⅳ(脱袋,400倍液)比对照降低74.7%;处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ、处理Ⅲ、处理Ⅴ采摘次数可达4次,处理Ⅳ仅为3次;除处理Ⅲ外,各处理每次采摘量均渐次减小。After the harvesting ofAuriculariaauricula , the organic matter and mineral elements in the waste bac teria bag have not been completely consumed. It is necessary to be reused. Increasing production experiments of Au riculariaauricula with different concentrations in the waste bacteria bags were conducted. Result shows that treat ment Ⅰ (300 times) , treatment Ⅱ(400 times) , treatment Ⅲ (500 times) increase the yield of fresh ears by 47. 2Y00, 102.9Y00 and 38.0Y00, respectively than that of treatment V(clear water being CK); treatment IV (off bag,100 times) is 74.70Y00 than that of CK; the number of picking treatments can be up to four times for treatment Ⅰ , Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ, and that of the treatment IV is three times;the picking quantity of each treatment reduce gradually ex cept treatment Ⅲ.
