摘 要:以山西朔州出产的煤矸石为主要原料,以焦炭、无烟煤、炭黑三种碳材料为还原剂,制备Al_2O_3-SiC复相粉体,并详细讨论了煅烧温度、保温时间、还原剂种类及对合成Al_2O_3-SiC粉体的影响。采用XRD和SEM等对合成产物的物相及显微形貌进行分析。XRD结果表明:以焦炭和无烟煤为还原剂,最优的制备参数均为1600℃保温5 h;以炭黑为还原剂,最优的制备参数为1600℃保温4 h。SEM结果表明:以不同还原剂在其对应的最优制备参数下制备的Al_2O_3-SiC粉体产物中,不但Al_2O_3的显微形貌不相同,且Al_2O_3和SiC的结合方式也不相同。其主要原因是煤矸石与炭黑高温反应有气相SiO生产,而它与焦炭、无烟煤反应则是液相SiO_2生成,高温反应历程不同。Al2O3-SiC composite powders were designed and synthesized by using coal gangue produced by Shuozhou of Shanxi Province as the main raw material and coke, anthracite and carbon black as the reducing agents. The effects of calcined temperature, holding time and reducing agents on Al2O3-Si C powder preparing were discussed. The phase composition and microstructure of the synthesized products were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The XRD results indicated that, using coke and anthracite as reductors, the optimum preparation parameters were 1600 °C heat soaking for 5 h; changing the reductor to carbon black, the optimum preparation parameters were 1600 °C heat soaking for 4 h. The SEM results indicated that the Al2O3-Si C composites prepared with different reducing agents had different microstructure, and the bonding modes between Al2O3 and SiC were not the same. The main reason was that the high temperature reaction of coal gangue with carbon black produced gas phase SiO while its reaction with coke and anthracite resulted in the formation of liquid phase SiO2. The two reaction processes were different.
