应用型电子商务专业人才培养质量评价初探

摘　　要：本文首先阐述了电子商务专业的一般定位和电子商务行业高速发展概况,然后分析了目前高校电子商务人才的培养与社会实际需求之间还存在较大的脱节与差距的原因,提出对电子商务人才培养进行综合质量评价的必要性。最后从课程体系与教学内容、电子商务专业师资力量与队伍建设、电子商务专业学生入学与基本素质、电子商务专业实践活动与教学理论、电子商务专业国家政策与市场环境适应性五个因素进行人才培养质量评价分析。This paper fi rstly expounds the general orientation of e-commerce major and the high-speed development of e-commerce industry. Then it analyzes the reasons why there is still a big disconnect and gap between the cultivation of e-commerce talents in colleges and universities and the actual needs of society. The necessity of comprehensive quality evaluation for e-commerce talent training is proposed. Finally, This paper analyzes the quality evaluation of talent cultivation from five factors： curriculum system and teaching content, faculty and team construction of e-commerce specialty, enrollment and basic quality of e-commerce specialty students, practice activities and teaching theory of e-commerce major, national policy of e-commerce major and market environment adaptability and other fi ve factors of quality evaluation of talent training.
