摘　　要：服务的精准化需求避免"供需错位",以需求为导向高校孵化基地精准化供给即从孵化基地的供给与需求的矛盾着手,协调并优化需求方与供给方的关系,实现供给的时间精准化、人群精准化和水平精准化,从而更好地满足大学生对于创新的需求,促进高校孵化基地的改革的完善、深化和健康发展。Service precision avoids mismatch between supply and demand. Demand oriented precision supply of university incubation base starts from the contradiction between supply and demand of the incubator base. coordinate and optimize the relationship between the demand side and the supply side to realize the precision of supply time population and level. So that it can better meet the needs of college students for innovation, promote the improvement and deepen healthy development of the reform of university incubation base.
