易流态化固体散装货物危险因素分析及对策研究

摘　　要：通过对易流态化固体散装货物特性、危险性和引发载运易流态化固体货物船舶发生事故的综合原因分析,为防范事故的发生,保障海上生命和财产安全,论述造成船舶载运易流态化固体散装货物过程中可能引发事故的各种原因及危险因素,提出了船舶载运易流态化固体散装货物的安全措施和发生事故时的应急处理措施。In order to prevent the occurrence of accidents for the sake of the safety guarantee of human life and property at sea, a comprehensive analysis is to be made of the characteristics and risks of the bulk cargo in fluidized solids as well as of the accidents caused by fluidization of solid cargo ships. Various kinds of causes and dangerous factors to incur in the process of ships carrying bulk cargo in fluidized solids. Meanwhile, this paper advances the safety measures and emergency handling measures for ships to carry bulk cargo in fluidized solids.
