摘 要:为了探究初游者与重游者时空行为差异,通过对海南省旅游者的调查获得基础数据,采用概率统计、聚类分析等定量研究方法,系统比对了初游者和重游者时空行为特征。结果表明:初游者与重游者在时间行为、空间行为、时空行为模式等方面存在诸多差异。初游者停留时间比重游者短,各景点游玩时间逐渐递减,而重游者各景点游玩时间基本一致;初游者空间到访范围小,景点到访率高,集聚程度高,重游者空间到访范围广,景点到访率低,分散程度高;初游者时空行为模式较为单一,而重游者时空行为模式更具多样化。To explore the differences of spatial-temporal behavior between first-time and repeat visitors, this paper, based on the survey of tourists in Hainan Province, systematically compared the characteristics of spatial-temporal behavior between first-time and repeat visitors by using the method of probability statistics and cluster analysis and concluded that there are many differences in temporal behavior, spatial behavior and model of spatial-temporal behavior. First-time visitors stay shorter than repeat visitors. In each tourist attraction, the stay time of first-time visitors gets shorter gradually, while the stay time of repeat visitors maintains the same. The spatial behavior of first-time visitors is high of agglomeration with small-scaled visit space and high visit rate in each tourist attraction, while the spatial behavior of repeat visitors is high of dispersion with large-scaled visit space and low visit rate in each tourist attraction. Repeat visitors’ models of spatial-temporal behavior are more diverse than first-time visitors’ models.
