经济发展与城市土地利用效率的库兹涅茨曲线效应——基于湖北省12个地级市的面板数据

摘　　要：根据土地报酬递减规律在理论层面分析不同经济发展水平下城市土地利用效率的变化路径,提出经济发展与城市土地利用效率的库兹涅茨曲线效应假说。以湖北省12个地级市2001—2016年数据为研究样本,利用数据包络分析方法对城市土地利用效率进行测度,通过单位根检验、协整检验和面板数据模型对城市土地利用效率的库兹涅茨曲线效应假说进行验证。结果表明:湖北省城市土地利用效率的整体水平有小幅降低,平均效率指数由2001年的0.878 8变化至2016年的0.870 9。分区域来看,鄂东地区城市土地利用效率平均值呈波动上升态势,鄂中和鄂西地区则呈小幅下降态势。无论是全省层面还是区域层面,经济发展与城市土地利用效率之间都表现出"U"型关系,与理论层面展现出的变化规律并不完全相符。According to the decreasing law of land compensation, this paper analyzes the change path of urban land use efficiency under different economic development levels, and puts forward the Kuznets curve effect hypothesis of economic development and urban land use efficiency. Based on the data from 2001 to 2016 in 12 prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province, the data of land use efficiency were measured by data envelopment analysis method. The results of unit root test, co-integration test and panel data model were used to validate the Kuznets curve effect hypothesis of urban land use efficiency. The results indicate that the overall level of urban land utilization efficiency of Hubei Province has decreased slightly, with the average efficiency index changed from 0.878 8 in 2001 to 0.870 9 in 2016, the mean value of urban land utilization efficiency of the eastern region of Hubei Province display a trend of fluctuating rise, while the middle and western regions shows a slight decline, urban land utilization efficiency and economic development both display “U” relation in provincial and regional level, which is not wholly conform to the changing law theoretically.
