汉堡港口新城设计对上海北外滩更新的启示

摘　　要：汉堡港口新城是欧洲众多城市滨水港区更新中较为成功的案例。其通过整体性城市设计对区域进行宏观控制,又通过延续性来促进新老城区的整体和谐、标识性来赋予港口新城独有的场所特征、在地性来保留滨水港口区的历史记忆。在与老城衔接、地区整体性、场所营造、与水关系等方面有良好的经验,但在主次空间、底层界面、开发实施等方面又略显不足。借鉴上述得失,并结合上海北外滩城市更新现状,从加强滨水区与腹地的联接、协调建筑形态形成整体风貌、强化不同区块差异和特性、保留历史元素和场所特征等方面提出了相应的建议。最后指出,黄浦江两岸的港区更新仍将持续,空间品质和场所特征的营造是关键。Hamburg Port New Town is a successful case in the renewal of many waterfront urban areas in Europe, it realized the macro-controls over the area through overall urban design, and promotes the overall harmony of the new-old communities through continuity. The identifcation provides the unique characteristics of the port new city, and the locality preserves the historical memory of the waterfront port area. There has sound experience in the connection with the old city, regional integrity, location creation and relationship with water, but it is still insuffcient in the primary and secondary space, bottom-level interface, development and implementation. Drawing on the above gains and losses, combining with the status quo of Shanghai Bund urban renewal, this article proposes corresponding suggestions from aspects such as strengthening the connection between the waterfront and the inland areas, coordinating the architectural form to form the overall style, strengthening the differences and characteristics of different blocks and reserving historical elements and site characteristics. Finally, it is pointed out that the renewal of the port area on both sides of the Huangpu River will continue, and the creation of spatial quality and site characteristics is the key.
