摘　　要：文章重点分析房地产企业项目设计中的管理思路与具体措施,以原拆原还动迁安置房"南秀雅苑"为例,阐述限价项目的设计管理历程。探讨在保证产品质量的情况下,如何通过设计本身的手法及管理协调的策略来控制成本,并实现社会、开发企业、业主多赢的目的。This article focuses on the management ideas and specific measures in the design of real estate enterprise projects, and takes the Nanxiu Yayuan, a resettlement house in its original site, as an example to illustrate the design and management process of the price-limited project. Under the premise of ensuring product quality, this article discusses how to control the cost through design methods and management coordination strategies to achieve the goal of all-win situations for society, development enterprises and owners.
