摘  要:为了将全自动平衡机与企业管理网络连接在一起,实现工厂管理的远程监控,该文设计了一种基于四工位全自动平衡机的智能型主控系统。该系统使用STM32作为主控器,与多个从机系统通过485总线连接进行数据交换;STM32通过相关算法对平衡机业务逻辑进行处理和调度,实时地将平衡机的运行参数显示在触摸屏上;GPRS模块将设备平衡过程中产生的相关转子参数上传至上位机;数据异常时GPRS上传报警信息并发送信息给用户。试验表明,该系统实时性好,数据传输和业务逻辑准确,成本低,有利于实现动平衡生产管理一体化。In order to connect the fully automatic balancing machine with the enterprise management network and realize remote monitoring of factory management,an intelligent main control system based on four-station automatic balancing machine is designed. The system uses STM32 as the master controller and exchanges data with several slave systems via 485 bus. STM32 processes and schedules the balancing machine business logic through relevant algorithms,and displays the running parameters of the balancing machine on the touch screen in real time. The GPRS module uploads the relevant rotor parameters generated during the device balancing process to the host computer. When the data is abnormal,GPRS uploads the alarm information and sends the information to the user.Experiments show that the system has good real-time performance,accurate data transmission and business logic,and low cost. It has certain guiding significance for the dynamic construction of integrated production management.
