摘 要:为解决泵站前后池水位测量中传统水位计存在的精度低、稳定性差等问题,该文设计了基于嵌入式图像处理的水位监测系统。该系统在ARM-Linux设备上实现图像采集、图像处理以及水位值的传输。采用改进的Sobel算子边缘检测算法实现边缘检测,利用OpenCV视觉库进行图像处理。在通信设计方面,利用Modbus/TCP协议与上位机组态软件通信,实现了水位信息的传输、存储,达到了对水位的实时监测。实验结果表明,该系统具有可靠性高、实时性好等特点,为水位的非接触测量提供了一种可行方案。In order to solve the problems of low precision and poor stability of the traditional water level gauge in the water level measurement of front and rear pool of the pumping station,this paper designs a water level monitoring system based on embedded image processing. The system enables image acquisition,image processing,and water level transfer on ARM-Linux devices. The improved Sobel operator edge detection algorithm is used to implement edge detection,and the OpenCV vision library is used for image processing. In the communication design,the Modbus/TCP protocol is used to communicate with the host computer configuration software to realize the transmission and storage of the water level information,and the real-time monitoring of the water level is achieved. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high reliability and good real-time performance,which provides a feasible solution for non-contact measurement of water level.
