摘  要:针对柔性伺服平衡吊在工厂等较为复杂工作环境下的外部干扰以及自身独特的控制方式影响下容易失控的现象,该文提出了在采集信号过程中对传输的信号进行数字滤波的方法。通过对设备接收到的外部信号检测与分析,主要包含柔性衔接部分引起的自身阻尼振荡干扰和部分环境干扰,对传送的数据先后进行中位值采样法、限幅滤波法和加权递推平均滤波法来处理,实现对干扰信号的过滤和有效信号的筛选。通过Matlab仿真和工厂试验,证明此处理方法对柔性伺服平衡吊的干扰信号有较好的滤波效果,可以实现设备对信号的有效筛选和对准确信号的接受,保证伺服平衡吊的正常工作。Aiming at the phenomenon that the flexible servo balance crane is easy to get out of control under the condition of complicated working environment such as factory,and its own unique controlling mode,this paper puts forward a method of digital filtering for transmitting signal in the process of collecting signal. Through the detection and analysis of the external signal received by the equipment,it mainly includes the self-damping oscillation disturbance and some environmental disturbance caused by the flexible connecting part,and the data transmitted by the median sampling method,the limiting filtering method and the weighted recursive average filtering method are processed to realize the filtering of the jamming signal and the effective signal filtering. Through Matlab simulation and factory test,it proves that this processing method has better filtering effect on the jamming signal of flexible servo balance hoist,can realize the effective screening of equipment to signal and accept the accurate signal,and ensure the normal work of servo balance crane.
