工况下热量表性能研究平台的搭建及结果分析

摘  要:通过搭建工况条件下热量表流量性能研究平台,利用基于热量表的远程抄表软件对工况下热量表进行监测,同时在供暖季前后分别对安装表进行检测。通过检测数据深入分析工况条件下各种因素对超声波热量表流量性能的影响。结果表明,整体而言,我国热量表的计量准确度和稳定性都是可靠的,热量表的硬件电路设计和软件参数设置尚具提升空间。Through setting up the research platform of flow performance of heat meter under working condition,the remote meter reading software based on heat meter is used to monitor the heat meter under working condition,and the installation meter is tested before and after heating season. The influence of various factors on the flow performance of ultrasonic calorimeter is analyzed by testing data. The results show that the measurement accuracy and stability of the calorimeter in China are reliable,and the hardware circuit design and software parameter setting of the calorimeter still have room for improvement.
