摘　　要：数字示波器在工业、医学、军事等领域都有广泛应用,因此数字示波器的测量值不确定度分析也很有现实应用意义。本文从实际出发,主要论述了数字示波器的一个测量值不确定度分析的一个实例,以便于从事示波器计量专业人员进行参考。Digital oscilloscopes are widely used in industrial, medical, military and other fields. Therefore, the uncertainty analysis of measurement results of digital oscilloscopes is of vecy practical significance. Based on the actual situation, the thesis mainly discusses an example of the uncertainty analysis of a measurement result of the digital oscilloscope, for the further reference of professionals of oscilloscope measurement
